Privacy Policy

Short answer: we collect nothing. The app has no server, and nothing is sent to us.

Where your data lives

Your tasks, notes and settings are stored in files on your own device. We cannot reach those files; the app does not send them to any server of ours.

If you turn on sync

Syncing across devices is optional. If you enable it, the app connects to your own Google Drive account and writes your data there. The data sits in your account, not ours.

• Everything sent to the cloud is encrypted on your device (AES-256-GCM). Only you know the passphrase; it is never stored anywhere and never sent to us. Nobody, Google included, can read the contents.
• If you forget the passphrase, the cloud copy cannot be recovered. There is no reset — that is only possible because we do not store it. The data on your device remains.
• The app uses the drive.file scope: it can see only the files it created in your Drive, and nothing else.
• Access tokens are kept on your device only and are never synced.

AI provider

You may optionally connect your own AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or a local model) with your own API key. Requests go directly from your device to that provider; we are not in the path and never see the content. Your key stays on the device and is not synced. The provider's own privacy policy and pricing apply.

Jira and calendar connections

If connected, requests go directly from your device to that service. Tokens and addresses stay on your device.

What we do not collect

• No usage analytics, telemetry or crash reports
• No ads, trackers or third-party scripts
• No account, sign-up or email address required

Children

The app is not directed at children, and since it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date on this page is updated. Any material change — such as beginning to collect data — would be announced inside the app.
